I’m trying to take it off slow because it went on slow. Why is it I want to wreck my healthy diet motivation by going for a rapid weight loss?
It went on slowly. Creeping on. And I never had trouble motivating myself to eat things I shouldn’t.
Today I’m going to focus on my healthy diet motivation which is filling up plastic bags with cans of food and then standing on the scale with all of them to look at what I used to weigh and how heavy that is.
Man, last time I did that I could barely lift it all. No wonder I was feeling tired.
