Everyone was really friendly, but I felt out of place because I hadn’t started Healthy Diet Motivation blog yet.
I’d just been thinking about it and couldn’t get the courage up to share something as personal as my weight loss and especially my long term motivation for staying healthy.
After attending fitbloggin’10 and subscribing to more of the blogs from the women I met there, I realized that I was holding myself back from a very powerful tool and community.
I’m really looking forward to May 20-21 in Baltimore! I know this will be a major motivator for me.
