My attempt at Couch to 5K

Just found a site that has the info for Couch to 5K with music. It’s called PodRunner Intervals and has free downloads for the mp3 player.

Fast walking the first week w just a few sections of running jogging (about 2 1/2 telephone poles) so it’s getting me moving!

About to do the Tuesday one. I did Sunday so far. It’s 30 minutes each time.
