Staying Healthy and Keeping my Diet Motivation Going

3.25 miles this morning… some jogging, but most walking. I didn’t rush so it took me 45 minutes with dog. Came back and took the Real Age test again. Better.

Listened to Roni’s latest podcast and Denise Wakeman’s latest podcast. My fav “weight loss and maintain” blogger and my fav “how-to blog” blogger. Finished up with Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes’ “Without Love”. Great way to start the weekend!
