I just checked the ShrinkVivor site to see what the challenge is for this week and it’s a toughie. Shouldn’t be tough, but I know it is.
Tracking. Writing it down. Everything that goes into the mouth.
I already slipped up. East to write everything when I’m at work. It’s once I get home. I do well until about 6 pm.
Bfast: egg whites, nofat cheese, ww bagel, promise “butter”.
Lunch: homemade zero point soup of 9 vegetables in lowfat chicken stock: fresh: cabbage, celery, carrots, mushrooms, onions; frozen: peas, corn, green beans; can: pumpkin. 2 Cups.
snack: fiberone bar
Dinner: 3 oz chicken, 1 baked potato, 1 bagel.
Snack: 2 pts worth melba toast with salsa.
Dessert: Lite strawberry yogert with 1 cup frozen rasberries in it.
The exercise part of the challenge is good, except I’ve got a couple of situations in my calendar that make it difficult to get out and exercise… hey, but isn’t that the situation every week. Looks like it will be a lot of treadmill!
Just finished: 2.51 miles in 50 minutes. Love having the computer screen in front of the treadmill. Staring at silly Facebook status updates from friends/watching their videos/looking at photos… makes the time fly.
