TGIF and more motivation for exercise and healthy eating

It’s FRIDAY! I have a very fun wedding to attend tomorrow, but I’m planning to stay within my WW 20 points… and doing some extra activity points to make it easier.

Yesterday:
breakfast: vegie omelet w eggbeaters, dry eng muffin
lunch: pita with spinach, tomato (didn’t eat the cheese) & touch of ranch dressing
snack: ww chips
dinner: 2 oz pork chop (leftover) w 1 baked potato, portobella mushrooms and mashed cauliflower. gravy/sauce made with low salt low fat chicken stock, digon mustard.
dessert: low fat no sugar pudding made with skim fat free milk

About to hop on the treadmill for today’s miles. It’s keeping the scale looking good!
