Daily Mile or 30 Minute Mornings


This week: 10.8 miles in 3.6 hours total

Doing a mile or two every day (30 minutes of walking) is very good.

GOOD EXERCISE MOTIVATION:

  • Helps manage stress.
  • Gives me 200 calories consumed at the beginning of the day.
  • makes my feet feel like walking during the day.

GOTTA GET OVER

  • more laundry! (see below)
  • late for work! (Plan better!)
  • sweaty before the shower… need more cooldown time. (do laundry then!)
