Doing a mile or two every day (30 minutes of walking) is very good.
GOOD EXERCISE MOTIVATION:
- Helps manage stress.
- Gives me 200 calories consumed at the beginning of the day.
- makes my feet feel like walking during the day.
GOTTA GET OVER
- more laundry! (see below)
- late for work! (Plan better!)
- sweaty before the shower… need more cooldown time. (do laundry then!)
