February Exercise Results

It’s funny – after I lost some weight it is easier to exercise and I am not so hungry all the time either. I think it is starting to change my metabolism. Only 66 miles walked in February, but I went spinning on the Spinning bikes 4 times but don’t have any mileage to show. Just stronger legs. And February is a short month.

Going to try a race in a week or so — the Shamrock.
