I know it’s been a while since I let a post, but the good news is that I maintained my weight during that time.
I’m even crossing my fingers for a loss at the scale this Tuesday. Skied twice this week and did a 2 hour spinning class on Saturday.
Have stuck with planning means and haven’t gone off the deep end yet.
For 2012 I’ve committed in my mind to two events so far:
– Pedal for Heroes the end of February.
– Pedal to the Point on the first weekend in August.
