I’m about to go do another spin class, but I’m going to get there a little early and work on my arms too.
I have been burning between 650 and 800 calories per spinning class. Saturday’s I have more time/energy, so walk the track talking with my friend which ends up with me leaving the gym with 1200 to 1500 calories listed on my heartbeat watch.
Last night indulged in some angel food cake made with pineapple tidbits. Super sweet and satisfies that sugar crave I get every so often. I’d had a great healthy lunch of 2 cans of tuna in water mixed with one thawed square of frozen spinach and about 1 point of fat free cottage cheese plus generous shakes of Mrs. Dash. I think that healthy lunch had me craving sugar by nightfall. But an extremely filling low point lunch!!
Hope to take the dogs on the daffodil hike with my husband this afternoon if its not raining.
