Planning a 36 minute time if it isn’t icy.
And if it is icy… Well just getting thru without falling or twisting an ankle will be the goal.
in reading thru my Goals and Results page, I just realized how i don’t have any more Achilles pain in my left leg. That was a major problem just 2 years ago. There is no way I could be doing 5K’s with that. I was wondering why I didn’t do more running in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and “forgot?!?” if you can imagine that about my problem.
