- Cook Veggies: celery, carrots, onions, bell peppers. Cut up, saute in stock pot a few minutes. Then add water. Cook for about 15 minutes while you prepare the next part.
- Prep others: Cook quinoa separately 15 minutes. Cut stems out of kale. Open can of chick peas. Maybe brown some lean meat (chicken or grass fed beef).
- Add: quinoa, kale, chick peas. Maybe meat. Simmer for 20.
When I’m not detoxing, I’m going to add back in parm cheese sprinkled on the top. or Mozzarella cheese. I do miss that.
