HMM – Here it is Dec 20th and I’m checking in again at 160. Why did I think that I set this up to go to the end of the year. And why have I skipped the last 3 weeks of check ins??Maybe holding steady after a 4 pound loss for 3 weeks between Christmas and New Year should be a call for celebration. But I was really hoping to break thru before the first of the year.
2016 will be a great year!
UPDATE 3/24/2016: Weighed in at 160.2. Humph. Weight has fluctuated from high of 161 down to 156, but hanging more around 158 than anything. So first quarter has not been gains, but not keeping the losses either. Hopefully by the end of 2nd quarter (April thru June) with warmer weather and more outside activity will do the trick and I’ll be able to post another picture of another weight going bye-bye.
