2017 Goals

  1. Get to 151 by March 30  (June 30 – 151.8 pounds)
  2. Ride 1000 miles for the year  (need 83 avg. spin 165 miles in May and ride 165 miles in June) 628 miles total by end of August 2017
  3. Run a 5K under 12 minutes (April 30 – 5K in 12:02)
  4. Ski 12 times in 2017 (Only 7 times in the 16-17 winter season.)
  5. Do a pull up with only 40 pounds offset. (June 28, 70 lbs off set 1 half-assed pull-up)
